In Ashkenazie circles it is called "Cholent," while Sephardic Jews refer to this dish as "Chameen" ("the hot dish"). Three contestants will compete in front of a panel of judges for the tastiest cholent in town. The contestant to receive the most votes will win the Cholent Cook-off Champion Belt!
